These 2 materials are specifically selected to provide efficient and high-quality knife sharpening.

The course grinder removes steel from blades to resharpen the edge.
Fine grinder is for knife maintenance.
Pull the blade with some force through from its base to its tip 3 to 6 times.
Then finish the task by running the blade through the fine grinder 1 to 2 times.

Care Instructions:-
Wash with dish detergent before first use.
Wash with soft side of the sponge.
Do not use scrub, brush or polishing powder.
